Towards that end, Ewon, who is also the Minister of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives, said he had informal discussions with Arthur, who is also the Deputy Minister of Science, Technology, and Innovation, on the matter.

“At the beginning of this year, I visited the Pensiangan parliamentary constituency represented by Arthur and conveyed help to the people there.

“Today, Arthur visited Penampang which I represent, and delivered assistance to the people here.

“This is the result of our discussion and the offer of proactive leadership by two young Sabahans who are in the Federal Government to help Sabahans through their respective ministries. We will continue this kind of leadership,” he said.

Ewon said this in his speech at the opening ceremony of the Modern Agriculture Project Community’s MyIS, together with the Penampang District Community, at Wisma IDS here today.

Meanwhile, Arthur confirmed the joint efforts of the two leaders to work together to provide the best service to the people in Sabah.

“It is true that Ewon has visited the Pensiangan Parliament with the agencies of his ministry. It is my turn today to bring the MOSTI agency, which is the Malaysian Innovation Foundation, for the implementation of a modern agriculture project in Penampang involving an allocation of RM206,000.00.

“I am confident in the synergy of this leadership, which is that Ewon develops infrastructure and entrepreneurship funding, while I will look at the aspects of science and innovation among the people. We will do the best for our beloved state,” he said.

In terms of the leadership of Sabah, the two presidents agreed to organise a joint programme involving the Supreme Council members and the Exco Movement of the two parties this October.
