PENAMPANG: The charity organisation Amal Silaturahim Isteri-Isteri Harapan (KASIH) has provided assistance of RM10,000 to flood victims in the Penampang area.

The donation, in the form of mattresses, pillows, and blankets, was given to 80 families, with 30 recipients in Kampung Nambazan and 50 families in Kg. Pagansakan.
The Head of the Social Bureau of KASIH, Datin Connie Parantis, along with her husband, Datuk Ewon Benedick, the Member of Parliament for Penampang, handed over the donation to the recipients on Sunday.
“My wife, Teacher Connie, is presenting this donation on behalf of KASIH. Hopefully, it can help in some way.
“On behalf of the recipient families, I would like to express my gratitude to KASIH,” said Ewon.
