TUARAN: The growing people’s support for the Parti Gagasan Rakyat Sabah (Gagasan Rakyat) is a good sign for the party ahead of the crucial upcoming state election.
Gagasan Rakyat president Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor said despite the fact that Gagasan Rakyat had only been established for a short period of time,
the public’s acceptance of the party was impressive.
“As an example, I recently officiated a divisional meeting of Gagsan Rakyat in Kuamut. The response was positive in terms of the number of attendees, which bodes well for the party,” he said.
Hajii said this to reporters after officiating the Tuaran Gagasan Rakyat divisional meeting here today.
Meanwhile, Hajiji, who is also the Sabah Chief Minister disclosed that the first general assembly of the party will be held at the Sabah International Convention Centre for two days beginning Nov 13.
