TAMBUNAN: Participants of the USA bullfrog farming course are encouraged to seize the opportunity to gain as much knowledge as possible.
The Deputy Chairman of Sawit Kinabalu Sdn Bhd and Borneo Samudera Sdn Bhd, Dato’ Victor P. Paut, made this call, stating that without knowledge, participants who aspire to become entrepreneurs will fall behind and struggle to compete, especially in this rapidly evolving digital business era.
“I am confident that among the participants attending today’s course, successful entrepreneurs in this farming sector will emerge.
Today we may learn as participants, but one day we will become examples for others,” he said.
He made these remarks while officiating the Commercial USA Bullfrog Farming Course at the Pinsompuron Hall in Kampung Tondulu on Monday.
Victor advised the course participants to learn business from successful entrepreneurs in government ventures, as this is the key to success.
“In life, if we want to succeed, we must learn from those who have already succeeded. Observe how they started. Observe their efforts.
And most importantly, observe how they never give up. Use the success of others as motivation, not as an excuse,” he stated.
Additionally, he mentioned that entrepreneurs must also learn to be independent. They should be bold in trying, willing to take risks, and open to change.
“This is the mentality we need to cultivate if we truly want to succeed,” he emphasised.
The one-day course was attended by 50 participants, consisting of branch leaders of the Sabah People’s Gagasan Party (PGRS) in the Tambunan Division.
Victor, who is also the chief of the PGRS Tambunan Division, expressed high hopes that all party members in the division would achieve success in life, particularly in economic aspects.
He stated that the role of branch leaders is significant, not just as organisational leaders but also as role models and examples for the Tambunan community.
