PUTRAJAYA: Datuk Ewon Benedick, the Minister of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives, has taken the lead of a delegation from the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives (KUSKOP) for a two-day working visit to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
During this visit, Ewon is scheduled to engage in a bilateral meeting with Dr. Majid Abdullah, the Saudi Arabian Minister of Trade.
This meeting serves as a continuation of Dr. Majid’s courtesy visit to Ewon on May 7.
Additionally, Ewon will oversee the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between KUSKOP agencies, specifically SME Corp and PERNAS, and the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) of Saudi Arabia, aimed at enhancing strategic collaboration.
Ewon will also lead a group of 30 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), franchises, and national cooperatives at BIBAN24, the largest SME business exhibition in Saudi Arabia.
