KOTA KINABALU: Salam syawal and Salam Aidilfitri. It is with great relief that we can finally See a glimmer of hope on the horizan.
Today the Yang the Pertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim graciously granted an audience and called upon leaders from both UMNO and DAP.
This move is reminiscent of his majesty Classic style, as he skillfully diffused the on going KK Mart boycott and addresses other pertaining issues.
His majesty’s call for maturity among politicians and promotional of unity among all Malaysians is a testament to his unwavering commitment to the well being of the nation.
Meanwhile, the efforts of Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim to diffuse escalating tensions over the Allah socks issue have received praise.
As reported by FMT, Academic Tajuddin Rasdi said it was significant that Sultan Ibrahim gathered several Umno and DAP leaders on the eve of Hari Raya Aidilfitri with the fervent hope that the meeting would foster unity.
