The exhibition, co-organised by Tsen Kim Poh, the chief editor of “The Environmental Magazine,” aimed to raise awareness about environmental issues such as climate change, biodiversity loss, and pollution.

Assistant State Finance Minister, Tan Lee Fatt, was also in attendance.

Poon said that exploring the various booths and exhibits can help us understand the urgency of protecting the planet and prompt us to take collective action.

While these exhibitions can evoke concern or anxiety about the state of the environment, they also provide an opportunity to reflect on the need for environmental stewardship, he said.

Poon said that attending environmental exhibition booths can be a thought-provoking and enriching experience, allowing individuals to learn, engage, and contribute to the global effort of safeguarding the environment for future generations.
