PUTRAJAYA: Huazong President Tan Sri T.C Goh and its Secretary-general Datuk Dr Wong Aik Loung on Sunday attended the Aidilfitri 2022 open house hosted by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob and his Cabinet members at Seri Perdana.
They arrived at Seri Perdana before noon time, after attending the torch lighting ceremony of for the 37th Malaysian Chinese Cultural Festival, at Bukit Cina, Melaka, in the morning.
They were among the invited guests who attended the open house, which was the first official Aidilfitri open house hosted by Ismail Sabri, after he was appointed as the Prime Minister of Malaysia, on 20 August, 2021.
Goh and Dr Wong who are both the board members of Malaysia-China Business Council (MCBC) also joined its other board members like Datuk Richard Lee and Dato’ Andy Chuah , and other prominent Chinese leaders who were in attendance, in exchanging warm greetings with Ismail Sabri and his wife, Datin Seri Muhaini Zainal Abidin, and members of the Federal Cabinet.
Themed ‘Raya Keluarga Malaysia’, the open house was packed with thousands of guests and visitors, foreign tourists included.
