PAPAR: Datuk Johnny Mositun has been retained as Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) Limbahau chief by delegates of the division’s 36th annual general meeting held recently.
Mositun thanked the delegates for giving him the trust to continue leading the division as he has many plans drawn up for the development of the constituency.
“My proposals for development includes the construction of a secondary school, a health clinic, a police station, a fire and rescue service department station and shoplots at Kampung Marahang/Gana,” said Mositun.
Mositun expressed hope that the rakyat will continue to be with PBS Limbahau as the division works to serve the 40 villages in the area.
“We also need time to make PBS Limbahau’s struggles for the rakyat in Limbahau a reality especially under the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah – Barisan Nasional (GRS-BN) government and that PBS continues to be relevant in the Coalition that is led by Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Hajiji Noor,” stressed Mositun.
During the AGM which was officiated by PBS’ Deputy President Datuk Seri Panglima Radin Malleh, it was announced that a total of 101 youths have applied to join PBS Limbahau and that the division had set up two new branches.
Mositun welcomed the new members into PBS’ fold and stressed that they will be the party’s and state’s future leaders.
