Yayasan Kebajikan Sabah receives RM1.1 million

KOTA KINABALU: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji Haji Noor witnessed the mock cheque presentation of RM1.1 million contribution to Yayasan Kebajikan Sabah (YKS) by PETRONAS and Yayasan Tengku Abdullah.
YKS, launched in September last year by the State Government has been tasked to carry out the government’s welfare agenda for target groups.
YKS Director Rugayah Ag Besar received the contribution from PETRONAS Head of Sabah & Labuan, Pn. Siti Ayu Haniza Wahab and Tengku Bakar of Yayasan Tengku Abdullah at Menara Kinabalu here, Wednesday.
PETRONAS contributed gave RM1 million while Yayasan Tengku Abdullah, an iniative foundation owned by Fomema Sdn Bhd contributed RM100,000.
