KOTA KINABALU: Kimanis Power Sdn Bhd paid RM30 million dividend for the year 2021 to NRG Consortium (Sabah) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Yayasan Sabah Group.
The company paid RM12 million for the first interim dividend for 2021 last year, while another RM18 million was paid as the second interim dividend on Monday.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji Haji Noor witnessed the second interim dividend cheque presentation from Kimanis Power Chairman, Abdul Aziz Othman to Yayasan Sabah Deputy Chairman Datuk Sam Mannan at his office in Menara Kinabalu near here.
