KOTA KINABALU: Former Minister of Tourism, Culture and Environment Datuk Seri Christina Liew has been reappointed Honorary Adviser to the United Sabah Chinese Communities Association of Kota Kinabalu (USCCAKK) for the 2026-2028 term.
Its current President Datuk Susan Wong Siew Guen said the association has no qualms about retaining Datuk Liew’s service because the latter has shown unwavering support for the organisation and its Women Bureau over the years.
Liew described USCCAKK as a leading organisation in promoting unity and preserving traditional culture as the umbrella body for 15 major Chinese clan associations under the capable leadership of past and present presidents.
“Susan is a dynamic lady with boundless energy and resilience.
“Her high level of commitment and magnanimous leadership are admirable. Rest assured, USCCAKK will keep ticking for many more years to come,” she said.
