KOTA KINABALU: Warisan lawyers have filed a suit against Sebatik assemblyman, Hassan Gani for failing to resign upon his detection from the party.

The Writ of Summon and Statement of Claim was served today at Hassan’s residence in Taman Fulliwa at 3.35pm.
Among others Warisan is seeking a court decision to compel him to honour his pre-signed resignation letter as Sebatik assemblyman.
