KOTA KINABALU: Seventeen members of the Division Committee, along with Muhammad Affan Jumahat, have announced their resignation and withdrawal from BERSATU effective immediately.
Affan, who serves as the Sabah BERSATU Deputy Chief, said that this decision was made collectively after careful consideration of various factors.
He emphasised that this move is a collective decision made amicably, free from any external influence.
“We reached this decision together after evaluating several relevant aspects.
It is a collective decision made in good faith and is not influenced by any external parties,” he said in a statement today.
In the same statement, Affan, who is also Kudat BERSATU Chief, expressed gratitude to the leadership and party members for their cooperation and the experiences gained during their involvement in Bersatu.
