TENOM: The Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate for the Kemabong State Constituency (DUN), Datuk Rahmahjan Sulaiman, is resolute in her commitment to work diligently to regain the seat in the upcoming State Election (PRN) on November 29.
Rahmahjan said she is making every effort to win back the Kemabong seat, which was once a stronghold for BN but was lost to the opposing party in the last two state elections.
“We know that Warisan and an independent candidate previously won in the Kemabong DUN during the last PRN.
“Therefore, I must work hard to reclaim that seat in this PRN,” he said after the nomination day for the Kemabong state constituency here today.
In this state election, Rahmahjan faces several local figures, including Noorita Sual representing DAP, Datuk Rubin Balang (GRS), Yabri Ono (KDM), and Burnley Balang representing Warisan.

Rahmahjan stated that she is ready to take on the responsibilities and challenges as the DUN Kemabong candidate in the upcoming PRN on November 29.
Regarding his mission and vision for the people of Kemabong, he is committed to enhancing development programs, thereby helping to improve the welfare of the residents in the area if he succeeds in winning the DUN Kemabong PRN.
According to Rahmahjan, his main focus is to further strengthen infrastructure development programs, including clean water supply, stable electricity, and village roads.
“I see that there is still much to be done, especially in terms of infrastructure facilities in the Kemabong area, and I will strive to do my best to ‘assist’ the people if given the mandate,” he said.
Rahmahjan also mentioned that he will pay attention to poverty eradication programs, boosting the economy and agricultural output, healthcare, and the development of women and youth, including education, training, and skills.
