SANDAKAN: The SM Sung Siew Alumni Association, under the leadership of the 2024-2025 Chairman, Mr. Johnny Lim, successfully conducted a recruitment drive in May 2024. This initiative boosted the association’s membership and raised significant funds to support their alma mater, SM Sung Siew.
The highlight of this drive was the donation of 450 plastic chairs to the school. These chairs will replace the old and worn-out ones, ensuring that students have a comfortable environment conducive to learning. This generous contribution underscores the alumni association’s commitment to enhancing the educational experience for current students.
Mr. Johnny Lim and his team expressed their heartfelt gratitude to all the members who dedicated their time and resources to make this activity a resounding success. “We are deeply appreciative of the support from our members. Their contributions have made a tangible difference in the lives of the students at SM Sung Siew,” said Mr. Lim. We are going to continue with the relocation funding for the school’s new building.
