KOTA BELUD: Former Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Dr Salleh Said Keruak visited the fire victims in Kampung Kuala Abai near here today.

The Usukan assemblyman, who is aware of the situation of families who lost their homes, expressed sympathy and promised to ensure that the affected families receive appropriate assistance.
In the incident around 3.40 p.m. yesterday, more than 10 houses were partially or completely destroyed.
The number of fire victims reached 239 people from 54 families.
However, no fatalities were reported in the incident, and the extent of the damage is still unknown.
