In this regard, the Sabah Gong and Kulintangan Association has taken the initiative to help dignify the ethnic culture in the state.

In light of this, the association is organising the Kulintangan Festival Series 2 and Isun-Insun Series 1 programmes at the Kota Belud Tamu Site today.

The opening ceremony of the programme was officiated by the Usukan Assemblyman, who is also the former Chief Minister of Sabah, Datuk Seri Dr Salleh Said Keruak.

The programme, among others, aims to develop the cultural values of the nation, especially the ethnic groups in the Kota Belud area, which consist of the Bajau Samah, Dusun, and Iranun tribes, which are the largest.
