KOTA KINABALU: Business organisations should be willing to continuously adapt and adopt new ideas to fulfil the expectations of their respective customers, said Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Dr. Joachim Gunsalam.
“This would enable them to be constantly in touch with the ever-changing needs of the community,” he said when launching Niro Ceramic Group’s new showroom in Kolombong here on Wednesday.
Appreciating the Niro Ceramic Group for their continued investment in Sabah, Dr. Joachim praised how the group redesigned its showroom, which underscored its commitment to excellence, which is also reflected in the high quality of the products they provide.
“Your effort to continually adapt and adopt new ideas shows that you are constantly in touch with the community’s needs, which are forever changing.
“Your adaptability and innovation serve as an inspiration for all of us, including architects, home designers, and homeowners too,” he said while welcoming more investments from the group.
Also present were the group’s Chief Operating Officer, David Tan; General Manager, National Sales, Go Kean Tat; and Malaysia Green Building Council President, Ar. Dr Serina Hijjas.
