SANDAKAN: Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate for the Libaran Parliament, Datuk Suhaimi Nasir admonished leaders and machinery not to squaring off each other, but instead to strengthen unity.
He wants any past disputes to be resolved immediately and then move forward to hold discussions for the good of the people.
“The best method is to create a spirit of cooperation and unity among members”, he said when meeting PDM Gum-Gum machinery, this afternoon.
Suhaimi said BN needs to win the 15th General Election (GE-15) to ensure the continuity of development from various aspects including society, youth and human capital.
And, he admitted that the Libaran area itself is still in dire for development so to be developed as par as other areas in Sabah.
“I am ready to bring more development that the people need in Libaran. This will only be achieved if the people give me a mandate in GE-15.
“Victory in Libaran will contribute to BN’s victory at the federal level as well as enable this party to lead the government,” he explained.
