KOTA KINABALU: A police report has been lodged concerning the dissemination of false information claiming that the Sulabayan assemblyman, Datuk Jaujan Sambakung, has passed away.
The account owner, Arbaa Tampung, stated that a fake TikTok account using his identity has spread this allegation.
The President of Warisan, Datuk Mohd Shafie Apdal, confirmed that Jaujan is in good health and condemned the spread of this false news as irresponsible.
He also urged the public not to share unverified information.
