KOTA KINABALU:Politics should not be about “kill or be killed”; rather, it should focus on a healthy exchange of ideas to develop Sabah in line with MA63—avoiding insults and indecency in politics.
Political scientist Datuk Seri Dr Salleh Said Keruak expressed that the key is to collaborate despite our differences.
“Unity and stability must always be prioritised—only then can Sabah progress,” stated the former Sabah Chief Minister in his recent Facebook update.
Salleh, the Usukan assemblyman, noted that in Sabah politics, some people prefer local parties while others may opt for national coalitions.
“This is the right of every Sabahan—it is never a mistake, nor a reason to label others as traitors,” he remarked.
