KTC Appoints Tan Sri Mohd Zuki Ali as Chairman, Supporting Next Phase of Sustainable Growth

KOTA KINABALU:  Kim Teck Cheong Consolidated Berhad (“KTC” or “the Group”) (KTC, 0180, Main Market) today announced the appointment of Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Mohd Zuki Ali as Chairman of the Board, marking an important step in strengthening the Group’s governance and long-term growth strategy.

Tan Sri Mohd Zuki Ali, former Chief Secretary to the Government of Malaysia, brings decades of distinguished public service and leadership experience, along with deep institutional insight. 

His appointment is expected to further enhance KTC’s strategic direction and engagement with stakeholders across both public and private sectors.

Datuk Dexter Lau, Executive Director of KTC, said:
