KOTA KINABALU: Sabah and Sarawak should stop fighting for the rights contained in the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) because not only is it a long, drawn-out process, but it is also a futile effort since Malaya controls the federal government and the Cabinet.
It is difficult to deny that Malaya is not a coloniser of Sabah and Sarawak. Being the colonizer who controls the federal government Malaya controls Sabah and Sarawak.
In addition, legal experts have advised that MA63 is invalid under international law, the Cobbold Commission Report has also been described as fraudulent, and Malaysia could not actually be legally formed.
It is difficult to deny that this was not a deception from the beginning. No sensible person should support a deception.
Every day in Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak lose millions of ringgit from oil and gas revenues as well as taxes collected from Sabah and Sarawak (SS) by the federal government (Malaya).
The federal government of Malaysia is essentially the government of Malaya because after Sabah, Sarawak, and Singapore signed the Malaysia Agreement 1963(MA63), Malaya changed its name to Malaysia on 16 September 1963.
Malaya can continue extracting the wealth of Sabah and Sarawak until they are depleted as long as Sabah and Sarawak remain in Malaysia.
The best solution is to leave Malaysia through peaceful and legally valid means.

has its own strategy if it becomes the State Government of Sabah or Sarawak.
The court in the PBK case in May 2023 which includes seeking a declaration that MA63 as an invalid international agreement has
provided several indications on this matter, and PBK indeed knows how to exit Malaysia through peaceful and legal means.
We need not fear military attacks from neighbouring countries should Sabah and Sarawak be free and leave Malaysia,
because international law prohibits war and crimes against humanity—refer to the Nuremberg trials, the case of Saddam Hussein for Iraq’s invasion of Kuwait in 1990, and Rodrigo Duterte, who was recently arrested for crimes against humanity and now faces trial in the International Criminal Court.
