KOTA KINABALU: The former Secretary of PKR Sabah, Sazalye Donol, has officially joined the Warisan party, describing the leadership of Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal as the only platform genuinely advocating for the rights of the people and the state of Sabah.
Speaking at a press conference alongside Shafie at the Warisan headquarters, Sazalye stated that this decision was made after assessing the current political direction, particularly regarding the implementation of MA63 and the demand for 40 percent of the state’s net revenue.
“Warisan does not just talk; it takes action. If the allegations of illegal immigrants (PTI) were true, the previous Warisan government would not have granted land titles to the people of Sabah,” he emphasized.
Sazalye clarified that his choice to leave PKR was not due to animosity but rather to join a platform that is cleaner, more transparent, and consistent.
