TUARAN: The Secretary-General of the Democratic Community Welfare Party (KDM), Gundohing Willie Jude, is urging voters in the Kiulu state constituency to back the KDM candidate, Gundohing Henry Saimpon.
He said that this support is crucial for the development of the Kiulu area to reach its full potential.
“We acknowledge that some development has taken place in the Kiulu constituency, but there is still much to be done to improve the welfare of the people here, including infrastructure facilities.
“I am confident that the capabilities and experience of the KDM candidate Henry Saimpon, who has successfully managed the Sabah football team to become league champions, will enable him to lead Kiulu into a future of excellence,” he said.
Willie made these remarks while speaking at a santai gathering with the residents of Kampung Mongkonihab, Kiulu, on Sunday.
Also present were Henry, two vice coordinators of KDM Kiulu, Joluin Jairuh and Saimon Yagul, and the secretary of KDM Kiulu, Elizer.
Willie also urged Kiulu voters to unite, avoid splitting the opposition votes, and thus give KDM a chance to capture the Kiulu seat in the upcoming state election.
