KOTA KINABALU, UPKO, a partner in the Sabah Pakatan Harapan coalition, has suggested that it run in the upcoming Sabah state elections using its own logo.
However, UPKO president Datuk Ewon Benedick mentioned that this issue is still being discussed and no final decision has been reached by the PH presidential council.
“We want PH to focus on the Sabah spirit, which is why UPKO has proposed to utilize its own logo.
“I believe our fellow PH leaders comprehend UPKO’s stance on this issue,” he told reporters.
Additionally, Ewon confirmed that he will be defending the Kadamaian seat in the upcoming elections.
