KOTA KINABALU: The Chief of Exco Wiramuda STAR Sabah, Jordan Jude Ellron, has been nominated as the STAR candidate for the Tulid state constituency in the upcoming 17th State Election (PRN17).
This announcement was made by the President of STAR, Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan, during an event on Tuesday.
“I will strive and work hard to secure one seat for STAR Sabah,” he stated in his latest social media post.
Jordan mentioned that he will present the PRN manifesto for the Tulid area in the near future.
“The vision, mission, and objectives for the development of the area will adapt to current conditions. That is, a fast, efficient, and timely administration.
“Moreover, the younger generation like myself will continue the fight for the rights of Sabah that have yet to be fulfilled,” he added.
In this regard, he urged the people of Tulid to provide strong support to STAR in the upcoming state elections.
At 28, Jordan is expected to compete against former STAR assemblywoman Datuk Flovia Ng, who may defend the seat under the GRS banner, and KDM Vice President Dr Oswald Aisat for the Tulid seat.
