RANAU: Datuk Rusdin Riman, the prospective candidate for the Democratic People’s Welfare Party (KDM) in the Paginatan state constituency, has outlined five main development pillars he proposes to the voters in the area for the upcoming state election.
He said that the first pillar focuses on enhancing basic infrastructure development, particularly village roads.
“I believe that prioritising basic infrastructure development is essential for the welfare and well-being of the residents in Paginatan,” he said in a recent social media post.
Rusdin also emphasises the importance of children’s education and the establishment of skill activity hubs for the youth of Paginatan.
“The third pillar is to empower women’s development, rural economy, and the Rahmah economy,” he added.
Rusdin, who previously served as the Permanent Secretary of the Sabah Ministry of Finance, is also committed to improving health and well-being for the people and streamlining governance and assemblyman services.
Recently, KDM Deputy President Datuk Wetrom Bahanda announced Rusdin as the KDM candidate for Paginatan.
Currently, the Paginatan constituency is represented by Datuk Abidin Madingkir.
