BN and GRS likely to clash in PRN—Ahmad Zahid

KOTA KINABALU: In the next Sabah election, Barisan Nasional (BN) and Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) are anticipated to clash, according to BN chairman Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

Following GRS’s announcement of a similar agreement with PH, he reaffirmed that the coalition’s partnership with Pakatan Harapan (PH) in the next Sabah state elections is final.

According to the FMT report, Zahid insisted that a federal agreement had “locked in” BN and PH’s collaboration.

“Since we have already finalised our partnership with PH, BN and PH are guaranteed to be partners in the Sabah state elections.

“PH and GRS have also finalised their cooperation,” he said in the federal capital today.

GRS chairman Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor declared on Sunday that PH and GRS had decided to join forces for the next state elections.
