KENINGAU: The backing for KDM continues to be robust and is on the rise, despite the local party president’s unsuccessful appeal at the federal court level.
KDM Sook Coordinator, Gundohing Edward Kandok, stated that the belief held by some that KDM’s journey is coming to an end is misguided.
Instead, this narrative will serve as a source of strength for the party, fueling their commitment to fight on, particularly regarding issues related to MA63, he said.
“The struggle of KDM is far from over, and I firmly believe that with the unwavering determination of our leaders and loyal members, KDM can achieve remarkable results in the upcoming state elections,” he expressed in his latest social media post.
Edward, who also serves as the Vice Chief of KDM Pensiangan, is optimistic that the new leadership under Deputy President Datuk Wetrom Bahanda will steer the party in the right direction, fulfilling the aspirations of Datuk Peter Anthony.
He also expressed gratitude to the steadfast leadership of KDM, who remain resilient and dedicated to advocating for the wellbeing of the people of Sabah.
