KDM eyeing to win six state seats in the northern part of Sabah in the upcoming state election – Peter Anthony

TENOM: President of Parti Kesejahteraan Demokratik Malaysia (KDM), Datuk Peter Anthony, has conveyed his confidence in the party’s ability to secure up to six state seats in the northern part of Sabah during the forthcoming state election.

He attributed this confidence to the growing support from the people in those areas.

Peter, the Melalap assemblyman, is hopeful that KDM will successfully retain the Melalap seat and clinch the Kemabong state seat.

He emphasised that with the unwavering backing of the people, KDM can effectively serve the interests of the public in the upcoming state election.

These statements were made by Peter at the People’s Gathering held at the Kalang Housing Community Hall on Saturday.

Previously, Peter had announced that KDM would contest in all state seats where the majority of voters belong to the Kadazan Dusun Murut community.

He encouraged supporters and members of KDM to exert maximum effort in fulfilling the party’s objectives.

Moreover, Peter conveyed his intentions to conduct a roadshow in other Kadazandusun Murut dominated areas to clarify current political concerns to the community.
