SANDAKAN: A total of 39 Chinese associations and temples in Sandakan have received donations of lion heads from the Sabah State Government this year.
Karamunting assemblyman George Hiew Vun Zin expressed his gratitude on behalf of the Chinese community in the district for the government’s continuous support over the past four years.
“This gesture demonstrates the state government’s commitment to all races, including the Chinese, under the leadership of Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Hajiji Noor.
