KUALA LUMPUR: PDRM FC continued to be the dark horses of the Super League this season when they stunned fifth-placed Sabah FC 1-0, courtesy of a winger Nabil Ahmad Latpi’s 26th-minute goal, at the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) Stadium.
The Cops had previously produced stunning wins over second-placed Selangor FC and third-placed Kedah Darul Aman (KDA) FC by similar 1-0 margins.
The results see Sabah remaining in fifth spot in the 14-team standings with 24 points from 14 matches, followed by KL City in sixth place (23 points), while PDRM moved up to eighth (19 points) and Penang (15 points) stay in 10th spot.
