BN-GRS best platform to champion Sabah’s interests in Parliament

SANDAKAN: BN candidate for Libaran, Datuk Suhaimi Nasir said BN – GRS agreed to work together in the 15th General Election (GE-15) by sharing the same goal that is to defend the fate of the people in various aspects.

He said that the agreement was able to avoid political clashes that unbeneficial to the people thus could cripple the state’s development.

“Sabah still lacks of development, especially in rural and interior areas, people are in dire need of clean water and electricity supply, roads, schools and many other facilities. 

“In addition, Sabah under the leadership of Datuk Seri Panglima Hajiji Noor has continued the struggle for Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) to ensure that the development of Sabah is not neglected,” he said at Command Center P184 Libaran, today.

Therefore, Suhaimi wants a solid cooperation and unity between BN and GRS to be strengthened from time to time to ensure the well-being of the people.

He explained that a strong relationship not only makes politics in Sabah more stable, but would drive Sabah overall development. 

Suhaimi is confident that if the people give a mandate to BN – GRS in GE-15, it will make it easier for the government to implement various programs to improve the socio-economic level and prosperity of the state. 

In the meantime, Suhaimi thanked the support rendered by GRS Libaran and BN component party in assisting his campaign.
