PUTRAJAYA: The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) provides drop boxes at its branches, satellite offices, Revenue Service Centres and nearby district offices to facilitate individuals whose Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR) applications had been rejected in Sabah and Sarawak to submit their forms.
\nPUTRAJAYA, June 25\u00a0— The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) provides drop boxes at its branches, satellite offices, Revenue Service Centres and nearby district offices to facilitate individuals whose Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR) applications had been rejected in Sabah and Sarawak to submit their forms.
\nIn a statement yesterday, IRB said the dropbox\u00a0facility would be provided until the last date, June 30,\u00a0for the appeal applications.
\n“The applicants only need to put the completed form and supporting documents in an envelope and seal it neatly before dropping it into the dropbox\u00a0so as not to mix with other applicants\u2019 forms,\u201d the statement said.
\nIRB said the drop boxes\u00a0were being provided taking into account the difficulty faced by BPR\u00a0applicants in Sabah and Sarawak\u00a0to do so online, besides assisting them to comply with the standard operating procedure to curb the spread of COVID-19.
