PUTATAN: Chief Minister, Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor described the rumour that Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) will be forming a new government with Warisan Sabah (Warisan) as merely a propaganda by certain parties.<\/p>\n
He said that the objective of the propaganda is to confuse the people and destroy the unity of parties in the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS).<\/p>\n
“For information, GRS is in a stable political condition. We have been given the mandate by the people to rule and our focus is to bring development to Sabah,” he said.<\/p>\n
“I am not concentrating on issues such as these since even the PBS Secretary General has denied the matter. It is being manipulated by certain parties to disrupt our unity in GRS,” he said when visiting the victims of fire at Kampung Meruntum near here today.<\/p>\n
Hajiji said that the grapevine that Warisan will form a new government with local parties including PBS, United Progressive Kinabalu Organisation (UPKO), independent state legislative assembly members and Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR).<\/p>\n
With regards to the fire victims, Hajiji said that they are allowed to construct their house at the same site, which is government land.<\/p>\n
