KIULU: The Lions Club of Kota Kinabalu City recently organised a Free Medical Camp in collaboration with the Tuaran District Health Office, held at SK Malangang Baru in Kiulu, Tuaran. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The camp offered a range of services including general health check-ups, eye examinations with assistance for glasses, gynecological services, dental care, breast examination talks, and pharmacy services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Additional activities included free haircuts, children’s games, food basket assistance for the elderly, persons with disabilities, and the sick, as well as the distribution of used goods. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This initiative benefited residents from six nearby villages surrounding SK Malangang Baru, Kiulu, Tuaran. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The headmaster of SK Malangang Baru, Gundohing John Wayne Linggang, stated that such CSR programs are highly beneficial to the local community, promoting a healthy and prosperous society while alleviating some burdens for those in need. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He also expressed gratitude to the Lions Club of KK City, the Tuaran Health Office, and all those involved in making the medical camp a success. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
