“With our diverse society, it is paramount that we strive for harmony and mutual respect among different religious groups,” he said in his latest social media posting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Therefore, Lingunjang said it is important to avoid any actions that may create religious tension during celebrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Instead, we should focus on embracing diversity and promoting inclusivity. In doing so, Malaysia can flourish as a united nation, where people from various backgrounds come together during religious festivities,” he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He stressed that respecting religious freedom means refraining from any actions that may disrespect a specific religious community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
