LABUAN: The Labuan Corporation (PL) today launched the 2022 \u2013 2026 PL Strategic Plan (PS PL) and the 2022 \u2013 2026\u00a0PL Digitalization Strategic Plan (PSP PL)
\nThe\u00a0PS PL outlines five strategic cores supported by strategies and programmes according to clusters that have been identified and need to be implemented within five years to achieve the targeted vision and mission.
\nPL chief executive officer Rithuan Ismail, when launching the plans,\u00a0said the success of PL PS would depend on the commitment of every PL employee to\u00a0ensuring an efficient and effective service delivery system that meets the needs of stakeholders and customers.
\nOn the PL PSP 2022-2026, he said, it set the vision and mission of PL’s service and information communication technology (ICT) system in line\u00a0with PS PL’s vision as a leader in digital services towards a sustainable and prosperous smart city.
\n“It is in line with the Public Sector PSP Framework 2021-2025 which consists of four main components, namely Vision, Strategic Core, Guiding Principles and Enabling Ecosystem,” he said.
\nAt the event, Rithuan also presented the appointment letter as PL deputy chief executive officer to Datuk Dr Othman Che Jusoh, whose appointment took effect last Dec 1.
