GOMBAK: The new alliance of Barisan Nasional (BN) and Pakatan Harapan (PH) in the Unity Government offers Malaysia its best chance to enjoy prosperity, political and economic stability.
Sabah BN Chairman Datuk Seri Panglima Bung Moktar Radin said the fact that the Prime Minister has changed three times in the past five years undoubtedly contributes to political and economic instability.
“We are fortunate to have a new visionary Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, who prioritises the people’s interests.
“It is very clear that the Prime Minister has brought changes for the good of the people in his eight months in power. This is the kind of leader we want,” he said.
Bung said this while campaigning for Sungai Tua candidate Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari (PH) here.
According to Bung, Selangor, under the leadership of Amiruddin, continues to grow and contribute 25 percent to the country’s economic growth.
Therefore, he urged thousands of Sabahans, who are registered voters, to support PH BN candidates in Selangor for the sake of political stability and economic progress.
“The candidates of the Unity Government are the best choice for Sabahans in Selangor,” he said.
Bung said there are approximately 160,000 Sabahans residing or working in Selangor.
He also reminded the BN-PH election machinery not to be complacent, instead to work hard to ensure the victory of BN-PH candidates.
