KOTA BELUD: The leadership of the school is crucial in ensuring that students receive a high-quality education.
As such, Usukan assemblyman Datuk Seri Dr Salleh Said Keruak said leadership guidance should focus on school administrators because “quality administrators will produce excellent schools.”
“Quality school leaders are the key to producing quality students,” he said.
Salleh said this when speaking to inaugurate the beginning of the year message ceremony and PPD Kota Belud dinner for 2023 on Friday night.
Also present was Deputy PPD School Management Sector, carrying out the duties of Kota Belud District Education Officer Laugan Iman.
Salleh also emphasised the needs for school leaders to follow the approach of PPD officials to be always polite and respect teammates.
“It should also be accompanied by efforts to bring together the education community which is also a pillar of success,” he added.
The former Chief Minister also suggested that the PPD organisation continue to actively mobilise activities with the PIBG community and local leaders, thus fostering good rapport.
